Cooking Lesson in Tokyo area / Japanese Vegetarian Curry Rice from Zero
Japanese Curry is a flavored stew with rice.
It is characterized by it’s many fillings, and the thick soup.
It’s super popular from children to adults and can be eaten
at school restaurants as well as normal restaurants.
Also it’s considered to be one of the easiest dish to prepare,
but if you use curry roux it’s already done.
The roux contains flour, which gives it a creamy texture.
There are many types of roux in Japanese supermarkets.
But homemade roux is healthier and you are able to adjust
the spiciness to suit your own tastes.
In the experience I teach you how to prepare rice,
curry roux and Curry, also side dish Tsukemono
(pickled vegetables called Fukujinzuke)
I only use vegetable products
(I don't use any animal products)
My experience includes one drink.
