Hello everyone!

My summer memories from Hokkaido trip part 3.

A nice surprise was the museum of Nioka Whiskey Yoichi distillery.

Not only we were able to learn about the process of making whiskey

but also taste different kinds of whiskey.

Antique style bar looked nice and was a place that made us want to stay longer.

The factory itself was established since 1934.

Part of the building is designated as an important cultural property.

思いがけず良かったのは

ニッカウィスキー余市蒸留所横の無料ミュージアムでした。

ウイスキーが出来る工程の展示だけでなく

試飲出来るようになっています。

アンティーク調に作られたバーは雰囲気良くいつまでも居たい

と思わせる空間でした。

工場自体は1934年創立です。

建物の一部は重要文化財に指定されています。
