Today I held a Veggie Sushi cooking Lesson with guests 

of a mother and his sun from Wisconsin, USA, 

They told me that there were some vegan restaurants in America, 

but many of them seem to add a lot of oil and chemical seasonings 

to make up for tasty dishes.

For them it was the first time to make sushi, 

they had thought it would be difficult to make, 

but this veggie sushi can be made beautifully 

if you have a mold, and all the ingredients are easy to get

so they seemed be happy to learn it.

He was  just graduated from college, 

and was writing down in his notebook all the points to make Veggie Sushi.

After the class they immediately wrote me a 5-star review on Airbnb.

今日はアメリカ、ウイスコンシン州から親子のゲストさんをお迎えして

「ベジ寿司レッスン」を行いました。

アメリカにはヴィーガンのレストランはいくつかありますが

味を補うために油や化学調味料をたくさん入れているものが多いそうです。

お寿司を作ったのは今日が初めてで、作るのがたいへんだと思っていたけれど、

このベジ寿司は、型があれば綺麗に出来て、

材料も簡単に手に入るものばかりなので、

習うことが出来てとても嬉しいと言っていただきました。

大学を卒業されたばかりの息子さんは、作るポイントをすべてノートに

書き留めておられました！

そしてAirbnbに早速5つ星ビューを書いて下さいました。
