Curry and Sausage bread ＆Matcha paste bread　カレーソーセージパンと抹茶あんスプレッドパン

Hello everyone!

Today I made "Curry and Sausage bread"

and "Matcha paste bread" with 002

which I had prepared for my yesterday's class.

When I have a baking class I prepare 2 doughs 

in advance and call them, 001 for practical 002 for spare. 

Those names come from air force 001 & 002 because 

they always fly together for eventual accident. 

Natural yeast is very delicate and react differently

for environment condition. 

I used this Matcha Spread from Kanazawa.

わたしは、パンレッスンの下準備には、

生地を２つ用意し、こう呼んでいます。

001=実践用　002=予備。

名前の由来は、政府専用機or大統領専用機から来ています

Air force 001と002は何かあった時のために

必ず２機がセットになって飛びます。

天然酵母は些細な条件の違いで上がりが変わるので

そのために2つ作るというわけです。

昨夜のレッスン用に作ってあった002を使って

今日は「カレーソーセージパン」

と「抹茶あんスプレッドパン」を作りました。

加賀の抹茶あんスプレッドを使いました。
