A table of Chinese Cuisine 中華料理のテーブル

Hello everyone!

My today's table is Chinese cuisine. 

I prepared Vermicelli salad with Hijiki seaweed, 

egg crape and green bean.

Zucchini Tomate Shiitake mushroom Soup. 

Eulynch (Szechwan style fried chicken 

with sweet sour sauce ) 

The point is pouring the sauce while it's still sizzling hot.

今日のわたしのテーブルは中華料理です。

ひじきと卵焼きとインゲン入りの春雨サラダ。

ズッキーニとトマトと椎茸のスープ、

ユーリンチを作りました。

ユーリンチは、四川料理で、作り方も現代風に、

多めの油でカリカリに焼きました。

熱いうちに甘酢たれをかけてジューと言わせてから頂きます。
