Hokkaido delicious food 北海道の美味しいもの

Hello everyone!

I finally had the Sea urchin-Salmon roe-Crab bowl of Hokkaido 

that I wanted eat for a long time.

I had imagined that I would surely be swallowed up in Hokkaido,

but as many restaurants closes early I became almost meal refugee. 

Even under the situation I was able to eat some delicious food.

Classico Ramen of Asahikawa. 

Clear soup a based on soy sauce with thick sliced chashu and bamboo. 

I was convinced that they prefered strong taste in a cold place 

where the temperature drops to -30℃ like there.

ずっと憧れていた北海道の雲丹いくら蟹丼はしっかりと頂きました。

北海道では、きっと食い倒れるだろうと想像していたのですが、

お店の閉店時間が早く食事難民になってしまいました。

旭川ラーメンは、醤油スープに大きなチャーシューとシナチクが入っています。

寒い所なので味がしっかりとしていることに納得しています。
