The restaurant and the view you can't miss in Nagasaki 長崎で絶対に外せない店と景色

Hello everyone!

One of the restaurants I definitely want to visit 

when I'm in Nagasaki is Yossou.

In the afternoon when I asked them 

about availability at night they said they were fully booked.

I know that if you normally line up in front of the restaurant, 

you will be refused.

So I figured out a strategy.

I decided to go around 19:40 

it would be the time when people are going to

finished eating and leaving.

The order stop is 20:00, so I bet on this 20 minutes.

Although there was a line, it progressed little by little,

We were able to get to our table at 20:00.

This is my favorite set :

hot steamed egg custard and steamed sushi

I was so happy to have it!

After that, we enjoyed the night view through 

Nagasaki Glover Sky Road.

長崎へ帰ったら絶対行きたいお店のひとつ

「吉宗」に昼間立ち寄って、夜の状況をお尋ねしたら

予約でいっぱいとのことでした。

普通に店先に並んでいては断られるのがわかりきっています。

それで作戦を練りました。

予約の人達が食べ終わって出て行かれるだろう

19:40頃に行くことにしました。オーダーストップは20:00ですから、

この20分に賭けました。列は出来ていたものの少しづつ進み、

20:00にテーブルに着くことが出来ました。

熱々の「茶碗蒸しと蒸し寿司」のセット

を頂くことが出来て感無量でした！

その後は、長崎グラバースカイロードを通って夜景も楽しみました。
