Yakiniku-jyu 焼肉重

Hello everyone.

I prepared Yakiniku-Jyu with special home made 

Garlic Sauce. 

Yakiniku is Grilled meet, called also Korean BBQ. 

The sauce is made by my father's Garlic from his field,

peeled then marinated with Soy sauce and another 

ingredients for years. 

The beef is Zao Brand. 

The Jyu is a high class bento box. 

Rice topped with Yakiniku in lacquered box is done!

自分の畑でにんにくを育て、収穫をして、皮を剥いて、

お醤油などに漬け込み熟成させたものです。
