Bakery Lesson with guests from USA

Hello everyone!

The other day I held a "Japanese breads with Natural Yeast" Lesson 

with guests, a mother and three daughters from San Francisco, USA.

During the lesson I found out  that they were very free 

and wonderful people, their uniqueness appeared 

in the turtle-shaped melonpan faces.

A turtle with glasses, a turtle with two faces,

and a sleeping turtle were borne.

Thank you for coming to my lesson on the last day of their stay in Japan.

先日はアメリカ、サンフランシスコから

お母さまと娘さん達の3人をお迎えして「天然酵母で作る日本のパン」

のレッスンを行いました。

レッスンの中でとても自由で素敵な方々だとお見受けしておりましたが、

カメの形をしたメロンパンの顔に、ユニークさが現れておりました。

メガネをかけたカメ、二つ顔のあるカメ、眠っているカメが出来上がりました！

日本滞在最終日にレッスンに来て頂きありがとうございました！
